Connect the firm’s email so incoming messages appear in the Inbox, routed to the agent you choose.

Connect a mailbox

1

Add the address

Go to Settings → Integrations, section Channel routing, and click Add address.
2

Configure the mailbox

Choose Email and enter the firm’s address (e.g. hello@yourfirm.com). Under Route to agent, pick who handles that mailbox (or No agent — manual only).
3

Create the mapping

Click Create mapping, then Connect Gmail on the new row.
4

Authorize with Google

Authorize access with your Google account. On return, the row shows Gmail linked.
If the status changes to Expired, click Reconnect.

How it works

  • Incoming email to that address creates or continues conversations in the Inbox, with the channel marked as email.
  • When you reply from Juryo, the message goes out from the connected address (you’ll see Send from in the composer).
  • You can have several addresses, each routed to a different agent — for example, info@ to the qualifying agent and clients@ to customer service.
Connecting Gmail here also enables Import from Gmail in Contacts.
