Agents is your automated team: AI assistants that handle WhatsApp, email, phone and web on the firm’s behalf, supervised by you.

The roles

  • Qualifying — greets new contacts, understands their case and updates the pipeline stage automatically.
  • Sales — follows up on opportunities: proposals and reminders.
  • Onboarding — collects documentation when a matter opens.
  • Customer Service — questions and requests from clients with open matters; creates and resolves tickets.
  • Collections — payment reminders; stops automatically when payment is received.
  • Voice — answers the firm’s phone (Voice & calls).
An orchestrator agent also routes each conversation to the right specialist — you don’t need to choose. Each card shows the status — Hired (active) or Available — its runs and last activity. Activating new agents is arranged with your Juryo contact.

Configure an agent

Open an active agent and go to the Settings tab:
  • Name — how the agent introduces itself.
  • Require outbound approval — with this on, a team member must approve messages (email, WhatsApp) before they’re sent.
  • For voice agents, additionally: the Greeting (the first thing it says when the call connects) and Speech Recognition Keywords (proper names or terms it must get right).

Follow its activity

The Activity tab shows Contacts Served, Messages Handled, Avg Response Time and Success Rate, alongside each run’s detail: contact, channel, outcome and time.
How an agent behaves in each situation — how far it can go and what needs approval — is defined in Protocols.
