The Calendar shows every booking your firm takes through Cal.com, next to the events in each lawyer’s own Outlook or Google Calendar. Juryo’s agents book into it, new bookings move the matching opportunity forward, and cancellations are flagged.

How bookings reach Juryo

Your firm books through its own Cal.com team, which Juryo sets up and connects for you. There is nothing to connect yourself: once the team is linked, every booking, reschedule and cancellation arrives in Juryo in real time. Event types (what can be booked, such as a first consultation, and how long it lasts) and availability (your working hours) are managed on Cal.com. Juryo reads them to show what’s bookable and to shade the hours outside them. If your firm isn’t linked to a Cal.com team yet, ask your Juryo contact.

Show your own calendar

Connect your Outlook or Google Calendar and its events appear on the firm’s calendar, so everyone can see when you’re busy.
1

Open your calendars

In Calendar, click Your calendar in the toolbar.
2

Connect

Under Your calendars, click Connect Outlook or Connect Google Calendar and sign in with your own account.
3

Back in Juryo

You return to the same page with the calendar listed. Its events now show on the Calendar tab in your colour, with your name on them.
  • Everyone in the firm sees your events, including their titles.
  • A Juryo booking that Cal.com has already added to your calendar shows once, not twice.
  • Clicking one of your events opens it in Outlook or Google Calendar.
  • If a calendar shows Reconnect required, click Reconnect and sign in again. Disconnect removes it; its events stop showing.
If Microsoft asks for an administrator’s approval when you sign in, your firm’s Microsoft 365 administrator has to approve the connection first.

Video meetings

On the same page, Conferencing lists the video apps your Cal.com team can create meeting links with: Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Cal.com generates the link when a booking is made. An event type can only offer a video app once it is connected here.

Reminders and follow-ups

Under Automations you set up booking confirmations, reminders before an appointment, no-show recovery and follow-ups after it. Multi-step flows live under Workflows.

Where appointments show up

Bookings appear on the Calendar tab and in each opportunity’s Appointments tab. Use New → Add a meeting to log a phone or in-person meeting by hand.
