# Voice & calls

> The voice agent answers the phone and leaves every call summarized and transcribed

The voice agent answers the firm's phone: it takes inbound calls, places outbound calls when you ask, and leaves every call logged with a summary, analysis and transcript.

## The call log

The **Calls** screen shows the firm's indicators — **Total Calls**, **Avg Duration**, **Inbound Rate**, **Completed** — and the last 7 days' volume. You can search by name or phone and filter by **Inbound / Outbound** and by status (**Completed / Failed**).

Each row shows the type, caller, agent, status, duration and date, with a button to play the recording.

## A call's detail

Opening a call shows:

* The AI-generated **Summary**.
* The automatic analysis: intent (New inquiry, Appointment, Complaint, Billing…), sentiment, whether it was **Successful** or **Unsuccessful**, whether **Escalation** was requested, and the **Action required** notice when something falls to you.
* The **Transcript**, synced with the audio, including the tools the agent used during the call.
* **Download Recording**.

## Outbound calls

Click **New Call**, choose the **Voice Agent** (you'll see its assigned number), search for the contact or type a number, and click **Start Call**. The call begins immediately and appears in the log when it ends.

## Activate or pause the agent

**Voice Settings** holds the **Agent Status**, with a switch to activate or pause it instantly. The phone number and the agent's technical configuration are set up with your Juryo contact.

<Note>
  After each call, the analysis can move the [opportunity](/en/help/opportunities) (for example to Qualified or Lost) and create or update [tickets](/en/help/tickets).
