# Integrations

> Connect the firm's tools so your agents can use them

**Settings → Integrations** has two distinct areas:

* **Connected** — tools (Gmail, Drive, DocuSign, Stripe…) your agents can use to work.
* **Channel routing** — where client messages come in: [WhatsApp](/en/help/whatsapp), [email](/en/help/email) and the web widget.

This page covers the first; the channels have their own guides.

## Connect a tool

  <Step title="Browse the catalog">
    Click **Browse catalog**. You can search, browse **Categories**, or start with **Recommended** (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, DocuSign, Stripe, HubSpot, Clio, Notion, Slack…).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick the tool">

  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and authorize">
    The wizard has two steps: **Review** (what access is granted and how it's stored) and **Authorize**, which redirects you to the provider to grant access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirmation">
    Back in Juryo you'll see **Successfully connected**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

To get going quickly, **Connect starter pack** wires up the most common tools at once.

## Status and maintenance

Each connection shows its status with a colored dot: **Healthy**, **Needs attention**, **Pending** or **Error**. From each tool's panel you can:

* **Re-authorize** — when access expires (you'll see the **Action needed** banner).
* **Disconnect** — removes access entirely.
* **Add another account** — connect a second account from the same provider.

The **Overview**, **Permissions** and **Used by** tabs show what the tool can do and which agents use it.
