# Calendar

> Connect Cal.com so Juryo can book appointments and sync your schedule

With the calendar connected, Juryo can book appointments, feed reservations into the pipeline, and flag cancellations. The integration works through **Cal.com**.

## Connect Cal.com

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open settings">
    Go to **Settings → Calendar**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect Cal.com">
    On the **Cal.com** card, click **Connect** and authorize access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the connection">
    On return you'll see your Cal username, a **Team** or **Personal** badge, and the connection's health.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Two warnings you may encounter:

* **Access token expired** → click **Reconnect**.
* **Webhook not registered** → click **Register webhook**. It's required for bookings to arrive in real time; when working you'll see **Receiving events**.

<Note>
  Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCloud show as **Coming soon** in Juryo, but you can sync them inside Cal.com via **External calendars** to block busy times.
</Note>

## Your booking page

With Cal.com connected, from **Settings → Calendar** you can manage:

* **Event types** — what can be booked (first consultation, follow-up…) and its duration.
* **Availability** — your working hours.
* **External calendars** — sync Google, Outlook or Apple to avoid conflicts.

## Reminders & follow-ups

Under **Workflows** you configure booking confirmations, pre-appointment reminders, no-show recovery and follow-up sequences.

## Where appointments show up

Bookings appear automatically in each [opportunity](/en/help/opportunities)'s **Appointments** tab and in the firm's calendar. Phone or in-person meetings can also be added manually.
